By accessing or using NJC-Genesis ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

NJC-Genesis provides an AI workforce marketplace that enables organizations to deploy, manage, and scale artificial intelligence agents for various business functions. Our platform includes pre-trained AI agents, custom agent development, and enterprise integration services.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• One person or legal entity may maintain no more than one account

4. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms.

We may change our fees upon thirty (30) days' notice. Such notice may be provided by email or by posting the changes to our website.

5. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by NJC-Genesis and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NJC-Genesis be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
